You can't beat Hideaway in Oklahoma, their pizza is fantasticLots of different options and the prices are not absurd like some other places.

You don't give military discounts throughout the week? Only on Tuesday? Because we are only soldiers on Tuesday? We won't be coming back!

I've enjoyed Hideaway since I was in high school, but really never ate it religiously until I got with my hubsHubs love this location the best.

We have always like Pho Anh for its homestyle Vietnamese. Over the past year, however, we have noticed that when Anh is not there, service is very spotty. Today, we sat down and waited, and waited, and waited to simply have our orders taken. Meanwhile, people came in, went straight to the counter, and had their take-out orders taken. After a while, we got up and left. It was obvious that others seated wanted to do the same thing, but some had placed their orders already and so were stuck.Needless to say, Anh was not there tonight. Next time we will call and ask if Anh is there before we go.

The food is quite good and staffs are friendly. They have many types of Vietnamese dishes for you to try. Except for weekends' peak hours when the place is crowded, service is generally fast. Beef noodles and grilled pork chop rice are acceptable. Stir fried beef with rice noodle is very good and has a distinct flavour thanks to the added minced lemongrass. This restaurant is quite close to the Southgate Centre mall, and next to the Edmonton Public Library - Whitemud Crossing Branch. There is large parking space in front of it.
