Everybody listen! So I'm on a slow transition to a plant-based lifestyle and decided to try this Zen Rolls! You are a little sweet and crispy because of the crispy taro, but a great alternative for your regular sushi. The texture was slightly softer than what I expected, and perhaps it is because of the combinations of food fruit, but they were still so delicious. It was served with marble size washabi and moist ginger strips. The soy sauce was a nice compliment and I would definitely try it again. I've tried the cripples before, and I've never missed anything with these Zen Rolls. I love reading reviews before I try something; I hope that helped.
