The Donut Nest - Edmond

The donut nest used to be fantastic. Prior to 2020 it had different owners. Now it's really gone downhill. They hardly any product to choose from. No cute decorating. It's just donuts now. Nothing great.

Fresh donuts and friendly service. This place makes my day every time. Oh, their breakfast croissants are the best!!

Don’t make any special orders. They don’t pay attention and won’t make it right. Left me with nothing for a special event!

They close before noon like every day even if you get there 10 mins early. it takes about a min to choose and pay for donuts. the lady working the last time i tried just shook her head no at me. the donuts are pretty decent but cmon

I just saw a lady chase down her customer in traffic because they forgot their donuts! Must have been just 1$ worth but she still tried her best to get it to them. That’s dedication to your customers! About to go inside and leave her a tip just for witnessing that. You don’t see good customer service that often. I saw your efforts Mrs! You did well!
