Panda Express - Edmond

Coming in, I know I'm making a great choice to have my family happily full and ready to read our fortunes! This one was a dud though. We always get good laughs over Panda!

Wow. Rudest workers I’ve been around in a while. I asked if something was hot and the older lady said, “there’s a chili by the name”A yes or no would have sufficed. The younger lady was trying to describe it to me and the old lady interrupted her. Wow. Never going back again.

Waited in line for 20 minutes because most of the popular dishes ran out and were being made. Staff made no effort to work efficiently while 15+ people were waiting on food. Several staff were standing around while the ones working were disorganized and poorly trained. When we got our orange chicken, it had the wrong sauce on it and they did nothing to fix it. Trash was spilling out of the cans and was all over the tables.

Despite it going from 0 to 15+ people in line an hour before close, the ladies that worked there did the best they could, despite people being completely rude and impatient. They kept a smile and held it together.

This Panda Express has gone downhill over the past several months. There have been multiple occasions where I have waited 15 minutes past the posted opening time and had to go elsewhere because the doors were still locked. They are always painfully short-staffed, and for some reason they now refuse to make white steamed rice. They are often stingy with portions, too.
