Espresso Cup Cafe - Edinburg

Its more than just coffee. Its art and healthy food. And conversation. For some the portions are small. However it is delicious and never too busy. the coffees are extensive and well made. Its prices are not high. And tge plates are real. The food is real also. Nothing seems frozen or packaged. I would definitely recommend this place because it's not a chain and is very independent.

Friendly owners and staff, dedicated to making sure your coffee and food are exactly to your liking. We went during an art show, got to meet the artists and enjoy great live music. Also appreciate that they brought by free lunches for the staff at our PAWS animal shelter. Nice addition to Edinburg!

Okay, YUM! I had a Birdie. All my favourite stuff! Vanilla! Caramel! Whip! Holy cow delicious! Now that I 'm over that... So the windows are tinted dark. You can 't see in. I was actually expecting.... well not this. Brightly lit. The gentleman at the table greeted us as we walked in. The blonde lady texting away greeted us. I love her, she was awesome. As she was making our caffeinated beverages she proceeded to tell us about the art hanging on the walls. It seems every month there is a features artist. This artist gets to hang their pieces in her cafe. She even does the whole premier party song and dance. HOW AWESOME IS THAT? talk about supporting the community. To answer your question, yes, they do sell. I saw a few with the 'sold ' tag on them. Not to mention she has a menu. Mind you, she closes at six so late lunch? Early dinner? I 'll let you know tomorrow. I 'll be jabbing an early lunch.

Loved loved the coffee !! They made it just the way I requested it. Very nice environment and ambience. A go to place to hang out for me and my hubby.

Yummy drinks and their blueberry muffins are soo good. Always have had wonderful service and friendly atmosphere.
