They had a buffet with favorites such as bacon, sausage patties, hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy, huevos en salsa, chicharones en salsa verde y roja, and more. They also made fresh eggs to order, including omelettes. The pancakes were made to order as well, so they were hot and fluffy. We arrived at 9:15 and left at 10:26 after enjoying all the food. We got home at 11 and I didn't wake up until 2 - it was a great day!
1st time at Ediths Kitchen we had a great meal, the buffet was well stocked. Our server Eunice was prompt, courteous nd very attentive. We will be back for breakfast buffet.
I love this awesome Mexican buffet spot for breakfast! On the weekends breakfast runs till 1130 before they switch it to the lunch buffet. Got some pics of the lunch buffet on my way out and it looks pretty darn good too. Everything tastes super fresh and homemade. Flour and corn tortillas are done by a couple of old ladies right in plane view. All the dishes are kept hot and are replaced often. Wait staff has always been pretty good and attentive. It's mostly buffet, but they do keep the kitchen open for pancakes, french toast and eggs any which way you prefer. Such a great bargain at $5.99 for breakfast. Even if you just came for the fresh menudo and posole, it would be worth it!
It was ok. We came to try a different Mexican buffet than our usual. Not as great or varied as expected.
The restaurant serves delicious home-cooked food. The waitstaff is outstanding, friendly, and attentive. The buffet has a great variety of traditional Mexican dishes.
