Edinburg Mill

Service here is great, and the house made jalapeño salad dressing is a must have. We bought an entire quart of it to go! Tofu was better than any tofu i’ve eaten in NYC and Philadelphia. I also enjoyed the history behind the mill. Next trip to VA we’ll be back.

Overall a pretty good experience. The food was very good all around. The house ranch dressing was to die for! My husband ordered surf and turf. The steak unfortunately wasn’t that great. Not horrible but we make a better one at home. That’s the big reason I couldn’t quite give this place 5 stars. Staff was super friendly and timely with food drinks checking in.

Dark atmosphere. Server was good but food was slow and they weren't busy. Great museum next door

On our travels up 81 from VA to CT we stopped here. What a wonderful delicious meal we had and the service was terrific! We wish we lived closer to try the many other choices on the menu that sounded delicious! We highly recommend it!
