Nakamori Japanese Bistro - Edina

The area is beautiful and close to other shops. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. The Hibachi options were good. The sushi was also delicious. I'd say some of the fish didn't look fresh, but it tasted okay.

I came here after I saw such great pictures of her food. I ordered a tuna roll, salmon roll and Aal-Sashimi along with miso soup. My favorite part was the aal, it was well cooked and flavored. The reels were not rolled very well, which was disappointing. I'll give Nakamori another one!

Such a delicious sushi. The place is very clean and they make brilliant sushi. Beverage menu is really great and the happy hour price on both drinks and sushi is just the icing up for this place. We're coming back!

Authentic Japanese and Asian dishes served in a stylish bistro setting in Edina. The food is fabulous. The service is somewhat hectic, but I think the staff only works hard to keep everyone happy with limited personal. You can sit restaurant style and prepared by helpful waiters or sit in the sushi bar, watching your meal. Full bar and strong choice of beer and wine. It's not like you're eating in a strip ball. A fixed choice for lunch or dinner.

THICK sashimi pieces and delicious sushi rolls. The best sushi I’ve had in MN. It can be a little pricey, but the quality is worth it! You won’t find a piece of sashimi you get here at an All You Can Eat Sushi place in MN!
