It was really windy and there are no barriers so we had to move inside. The interior is nice, they were bumping music apparently it's a club after 10pm. I started with the wood fired margarita pizza. Solid choice and was a hit at the table. I also had the tangy bbq ribs for an app. Tasted off nobody ate them. I ordered the filet mignon but it looked more like a ny strip folded over on itself. I wish I took A pic it was odd. The taste was ok. My wife had the Chilean bass and she liked it. I ordered an espresso martini and it tasted like a cold brew coffee. Wasn't very good. I ordered a Mai tai and had a weird after taste. I didn't even drink it. Come here for the decent views and the pizza. Everything else is a pass.
Came here for brunch and this place was a total miss. The waitress from the moment she sat off had a very visible attitude. She didn't give us the brunch menu, didn't mix our bellinis that just had peach syrup sitting on the bottom of the cheap champagne they used. My friend got a mixing spoon from the bar for us to use in the pitcher and in our glasses and the waitress almost took it out of her hand after my friend explained the purpose of it. That interaction itself I found to be quite odd. The food was ... okay. Underwhelming for sure and I'm not hard to please. The ricotta pancakes were too sweet and lacked the fluffiness they typically do. The frittata was disappointing, small in size for almost $30 and tasted like spongey egg. It needed to be cooked a bit longer. Not sure if I'd be back for another visit, but it was lackluster unfortunately.
Great view great food! Service was great and it used both bar and patio outdoor sitting area. Popping two full bottles of wine with ciders. Seafood dishes were delicious and fresh! Must try their linguine :
Came here for the lunch special and the sushi was surprisingly fresh here! Since I'm assuming it's in Edgewater they might have gotten some ingredients from the Japanese Markwt nearby. Anyways, there are plenty of happy hour deals for cocktails and wine, and same with meals. We opted for a fresh cocktail made with mango juice and a glass of chardonnay. As for sushi we went with a California, spicy tuna and a salmon roll. All absolutely delicious and paired with amazing waterfront views of NYC it makes for a great space. Only wish outdoor seating was open for lunch, I'm assuming it opens up at night though.
This place is amazing can't wait to eat here every day. I love the pizza and chicken and salmon burger
