This happened after I scanned my Timscard through app with auto payment, which went through as payment but the cashier couldn't get it and then asked to scan again which I did. Then she went to another worker who mentioned that my order was accepted. However, they did not cancel my scan and instead someone who came after me had a free bereakfast.
Worst Tim Horton's location. I ordered egg and cheese farmers wrap and got me 20 mins for the order even there was no line. unprofessional staff and very disrespecting.PS- never gives the sleeves even if its a hot drink and when asked they make faces. like what??????
I ordered large chicken noodles soup and steak and egg egg breakfast sandwiches . There was no complete steak in the sandwich as it is given in other tim hortons. Else in chicken noodles soup , there is not a single piece of chicken in soup.
I ordered several food items from this location using Uber. My purchase arrived with a single drink only and a receipt scrawled with a handwritten note said, Sorry we don 't have these items with the full charges. The staff did not notify me via app so I could alter or cancel, and did not remove the unfulfilled items from my charges. Poor customer service all around.
Cashier girl was so rude. Practically yelled in my face over the smallest matter…
