1 week ago I had ordered the large dinner box with pfefferoni and ground beef pizza, with Tuscani chicken alfredo pasta with brothsticks for my family and I and it was very delicious, everything was fresh. we're coming back. Thank you?
My pizza was hot and fresh and the wings were also really good. my experience was very pleasant and the driver was friendly.
The delivery was fast and everything tastes good. the only thing I don't get back was the marinara sauce for the breadsticks and the brotstick is my favourite item from the pizza hut.
The Pizza Hut in poinciana has become garbage. you order stuff and the people making the stuff don't even care to make the order right. the delivery people don't make sure they have your entire order but expect good tip. i'm constantly paying for extra stuff and don't get what I paid for. its so disappointing because I love Pizza Hut but, I guess i'm better off buying frozen pizza box from the super market for a cheaper price at least I know what im getting without paying extra. and I called and told them and they just put me on hold for 10 minutes to make a decision if they were gonna give me what they owe and yet never told me on top of not sending me again what I ordered. I don't even know how they still running with the garbage service they have. never again will I order from this Pizza Hut. I will continue to make complaints until their HR does something about this. and i'm not a person to make complaint but something gots to give.
