McDonald's - East Saanich 2

I give up. They are more interedted in clearing orders off the screens to meet corprate service time deadlines than they are actually serving promptly. Always a huge wait. A bunch of peope doing nothing while a few scramble. They actually tried park me at the drive thru the other day. No one behind me.l, which i pointed out.(if someone was ibwould have parked) They actually told me that they have a deadline to complete an order. I pointed out parking me is not completeing the order, to which they informed me it was!? Any way, lousy service, and more interested in false data than good service.

Always very long waits for only a coffee. Quicker to get it at the drive thru rather than mobile order at the counter. Lots of staff, but lengthy waits always.

Ordered a meal instore. Waited 15 min for meal and left without meal to catch a ferry. Complaints about wait were ignored. Wife watched a dozen cars get service. Will never go back. Phoned to complain...no answer

Kudos to the few staff that were there, they certainly were hustling. Although we received our food quickly, the staff were having to really hustle to keep things moving. Even the Supervisor was out cleaning tables in the brief lull that they had.

Worst service ever. Staff was rude, my order was lost. Waited 20 to 30 minutes to finally get my order. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.
