Marios Pizza - East Riding of Yorkshire

Mario’s pizza. Goole they should wear a mask and a stripy jumper I got a phone call from delivery driver telling me the road he had used was closed and could I walk up and meet him minutes walk even though we gave explicit...instructions on how to get to our house, he said by time he turned around and got to us food would be cold so he would take it back to the shop No refund confirmation came through I phoned the shop today to be told I had to request refund through just eat as they don’t get paid for months and just eat take commission Manager said he would message just eat to confirm hours later still not done Don’t know what it’s called in Marios world but around hear it’s called THEFT

Service was **** took over hours ro deliver and it was cold most of it wrong and looked like dog food this place wants shutting down rang them to complain and get a refund they just kept putting the phone down

Would give 0 rating if I could! We ordered desserts as a late night treat, food came and… we was sent different things to what we ordered, we called to ask about this thinking we had someone else’s order but we was told that...they didn’t have what we ordered so they sent what they thought we’d like…. the cheesecakes were awful! Went straight in the bin, frozen, tasted off and the toppings were stale and soft. so when we called to speak about this they were very rude, didn’t have a clue what to say and simply said “call back tomorrow and I’ll sort something for you” why tomorrow? We ordered now not tomorrow!

Ordered a good few times from Mario's, it's very hit and miss. On this occasion there was a dead fly embedded in the garlic bread, I rang to complain and was told there are herbs in the tomato sauce.. It was a fly with legs!!...The other pizzas were that greasy that the toppings just slid off. Needless to say I will not be going back!

Visited friends so we decided to use Mario's because it was the nearest. Never again. Appalling pizza. Looked like the ones you make with your kids. I had the meat feast and it contained perfect squares of cheap ham and a few slices of pepperoni....Not a feast. Pathetic. If you want decent pizza then your wasting your time at this place.
