Rally's - East Mesa

I used the walk up window around 12:15 on a Wednesday. The associate who assisted me was friendly and competent. I ordered lunch for four people. It was ready quite quickly. Rally's food is always delicious. Love the fries!

Messed on the order twice. Spoke with the manager Austin for a 3rd time and got hung up on when telling him this is not the first time our order has been messed up. Half cooked chicken, soggy fries, rude employees. $42 down the drain.

Showed up 10 min after placing my mobile order and got pulled to wait. Waited 20 minutes got out and ask to cancel (I was now late for work), customer in front of me was served, the window was shut on me at the counter. When someone finally came to the window they told me the food was done to be brought out on the counter with a time stamp from 20 minutes prior. My food was cold obviously which I was willing to deal with until i opened my supposed to be chicken bacon sourdough to a plain sourdough beef patty.

Online menu for this specific location does not match what's available at the restaurant. I took my elsewhere.

Great food. It's definitely worth the time and money!
