Clubhouse - East Lothian

We stopped at the dinner opportunity, very late on a Sunday. The staff at the table, moving other dinners around and proceeded to serve great food. My rib eye steak was prepared exactly how to request it.Very good food and excellent service, it was also a great variety of beers. I'll definitely be back.

This restaurant is often quiet especially when you have visited us in the autumn and winter. Golf in the dark hasn't taken yet! The food here is a cut above the usual clubhouse or pub food and the service is very fast and highly educated.

This is a beautiful club in a beautiful and picturesque setting, but it is not a great restaurant. There were four of us. The Cullen gomera was fine, but only warm and pretty thin. The chicken salad was nice enough, but cheese and chips aperitif was a joke. The service was the absolute, cold, selfless and humorless minimum. There was no sign of a welcome on the place. I'm sorry.

We stayed at this resort for a week and frequented the clubhouse several times. The clubhouse was very upscale, but it lacked a vibrant atmosphere, and the private members lounge didn't add much to the experience. The food and drinks were pricey but delicious.
