Dairy Queen - East Grand Forks

First of all, the food wasn’t even good, so that made my experience even worse! The manager, oh actually the owner of the Dairy Queen; just so we’re clear, was incredibly rude and was being so disrespectful to my friends and I when we were simply asking a question, and then proceeded to shut the window on us after telling us “bye”. 0/10 would not recommend, I will not be going here again.

Does not accommodate people with disabilities. Disclosed my disability (visually impaired). Asked her to read the menu for me and her response was that I should go learn how to read. Uneducated about accommodations for persons with disabilities. Would not recommend!

Great experience, workers were nice and friendly compares to most other fast food places all around good and clean. 9/10 would eat there again along with icecream treats.

The staff are friendly, food is quality, and the staff are very efficient with making food.

Love this dq for everything! I usually command my burger somehow complicated and they never seem like it's a trouble. they always get it right (hopefully it has not jinx) just like I ordered it. it is always fresh and after my order not already cooked. chicken strips are always fresh and the ice is always great! the owner is in the rule before place and the customer service is great even if it does not. best fast food in egf or gf by far!
