Didn't order but my phone died in the middle of commute and I am new to Sydney having lived in other states. The girl at the front did not hesitate to let me use their wifi and suggested alternative routes to go home. Says a lot about their customer service and would vouch for their friendliness.
I came to pick up my order around 4pm yesterday (Tuesday 5th April 2022)There was 2 girls working there yesterdayOne of them was new, so she didn 't say anythingBut the other one was a regular workerThe customer service from the regular worker as appalling and disgusting.This Asian man ordered his pizzas, and he was complaining that they left his pizzas in the heated platform for 2 hours and they never called him to see if he was coming to pick up or not.She replied "show me a receipt and we will make you new ones "But he was quite old so he doesn 't know much.He decided to just take the SOGGY pizzas and go.When he was talking to her, she didn 't even bother looking at him.This is just disgusting customer service.Just turned me off from ordering Pizza Hut in Earlwood ever again.
Considering the torrential rain we had in Sydney I was expecting a huge delay but everything was seamless the food was amazing as always and the delivery was just as quick as if the weather was a sunshiny day
The pizzas were great…. Tasted spot on.The only thing that makes me scratch my head is waiting for 3-4 minutes at the front counter, and yelling out “ hello” before anyone adknowledged my presence…. Lucky I wasn’t a thief.
