Del Rancho - Durham

This place is closed! anyone please update it! I tried my time gas to pick up a UberEats order! some poor doordash driver was already angry he was was wasting his time too!

First time using Door Dash, and the restaurant site said they use their own drivers so we thought it would be easy. The restaurant is about 1000 feet from the hotel, and I am sure they come here often. After being told it would arrive in 14 minutes, then 17 minutes, then it kept climbing we assumed they were busy. After watching the delivery APP show Preparing, Finished, On Way and Complete, but still not having received any food, I have to question the integrity of this business. It has been almost 3 hours and we have given up, and will be putting this charge in dispute as soon as we can. Really disappointed in this. We walked by the place this morning and it looked nearly shuttered anyway, so I should not be surprised.

DoorDash shows that this restaurant is open for delivery, and I have ordered from there before though that app, but the pst two times I’ve tried to order there, it never arrives and I’m waiting around, hungry af, trying to get in contact with them. When I call, the phone just rings and goes to voicemail. Be careful ordering from this place.

SCAM!!! Ordered through DoorDash 3pm on a monday, estimated wait time 15 mins. Waited an hour, then order says magically completed. Nothing delivered, called Del Rancho and it went straight to Voicemail. Do not order from these frauds

Food never delivered and they tried to scam me. Called the number and it was some guy that told me the store was closed. When I call customer service with a delivery app they say the store stated the food is on the way. The food was never delivered and I have a door camera to prove it.
