Kfc Smith Street - Durban

My kids absolutely love hot wings, and the KFC on Anton Lembede never disappoints us. After a long, rewarding Saturday spent with my family, their service always makes our experience special.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had at a KFC, especially during the pandemic! You do need to be patient as they enforce social distancing at the entrance, but once you place your order, make sure to double-check it, as there can be mix-ups with what you receive. After ordering, you move to a waiting area where someone will confirm your order again, and this area is designed for social distancing. There's usually a spot to sit while you wait, and I really appreciated the addition of a handwriting station before you eat. Overall, I loved every moment of my visit!

This KFC location is clean, fresh, and consistently offers high-quality meat. I hope they maintain these standards and don't follow the example of other KFCs around Durban. KFC Smith is the only one in Durban that I can wholeheartedly recommend.

I asked for my fries to be swapped for coleslaw. Your website gave me the option and I took it. The lady who took my order called it to the back staff like 3 times but they still got it wrong and gave me fries(I didn't think this was a big deal). The website also wouldn't let me pay online it kept giving an error. Beside that the restaurant was fully staffed which is very rare compared to other branches. There was no queue , and I attribute this to the very efficient service I got. The staff were also very nice in the brief time I spent there.

My order was processed very quickly. The cashier was friendly. Just a guy nje who I was behind me, he could not keep the distance, worse he was taller than me, it felt like he is on my shoders
