Papa John's - Dundee

Nice service. I ordered a pizza with the app and went here to collect them. the service was fast and it was also a simple collection. the process from production to collection was shown in the app. in the load it won't wait.

Around 15 minutes before closing time, as advertised on their window, doors were open, but they were said they were closed.

Placed and order and the food showed up 1hr and 20 mins later stone cold.Not only that but the pizza was probably the most thinly topped I have ever had from any takeaway ever.This happened not long after they arrived in Dundee and we stopped ordering from them but then someone told us they had upped their game under new management and it was great and now their standards seem to be dropping again.Whoever owns this place need to be more careful of who they have running it because it seems from recent reviews that it will become unpopular again very quickly…

It's literally a 50/50 whether your pizza will be good or not. I made a complaint after it got completely mulched and service has been pretty good since. Just order Domino's or Pizza Hut. Don't bother lol

Had problems with the Papa Johns website for selecting gluten free pizza and also it saying they don't deliver to Newport postcode but turns out they do. Phoned up the branch and the staff were really helpful. The pizzas were great and delivered very promptly. Will use again.
