Whataburger - Duncanville

In the line for almost an hour, only to say no ranch for buffalo chicken strips sandwich, then for the dame rude and unprofessional sound. then it was cold to get rid of our food. manager and corp will hear from me.

Terrible! Waited like 30mins just to pay at the window through the drive thru. Then the worker was really rude, seemed like she just got on the shift but didn’t want to be there. They need to train their staff better especially during peak hours.

Just finished dining in and everything was fresh and hot. I come here often and today was very pleased with everything! Tre had great customer service and was very friendly!

The order was messed up originally and they correct it is with no issues they were kind, polite and fast.

The young lady/manager here was awesome!!! Hot fresh food and she was super nice. Hecks, I thought I was at Chick-fil-A. The young lady with the friends tattoo on her forearm. I usually just go to the drive thru but now I will dine in more because of her.
