This Jack n the box has fast and great customer service. The line was long, but the person in the window moved with purpose. The food was hot.

I can't believe how much they idolize Joe at Jack in the Box. I was hungry and feeling weak and tired, so I decided to order my usual Jumbo Jack meal. Unfortunately, instead of my meal, I was given fries with garbage in them by some rude staff members. I tried to return the food and get a refund, but I felt discouraged. My husband Andrew couldn't help either, leaving me feeling disappointed and frustrated. It's moments like this that make me lose faith in humanity.

I waited in line for 10 minutes before being informed that the restaurant was closed, despite having a 24-hour drive-thru. As a result, 4 potential customers left because of the misinformation relayed to me by a female staff member on the speaker. I requested to speak to a manager to clarify the situation, but unfortunately, no one was willing to assist me further.
