They host an awesome poetry open mic night the last Friday off the month. The people who performed were awesome and everyone was very supportive. A great overall vibe and the coffee I got was good also.

I enjoy going to local coffee shops while in different areas and I absolutely LOVED the atmosphere at Black Bitter Coffee!! The service was great, the coffee was incredible, and they even had gluten free muffins that were delish!! If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely be stopping here again.

I really wanted to give this place a chance. I ordered a iced mocha that tasted like a chocolate mudslide shake and iced latte that was just milk in a cup. Both drinks didn’t have any trace of coffee/espresso (that I could taste). It’s a nice little coffee shop with a upbeat vibe but the drinks are lacking. The pastry’s are good though and the employees are nice. I hope this helps the business, they have potential.
