Ribcrib Bbq - Duncan

The place seems always packed and very busy with not enough staff to take out orders as well as the diners, but the staff there are very friendly and work very hard. The food is only OK, including its grill. The worst meal I had was a burger that was so overcooked and even burned that I rejected it! I should have taken a picture and complained, but that was too busy! Attention must be paid to cooking, and the time waiting for food. Food is expensive for what it is.

Rib flu... Always consistent... Delicious barbecue sauce... I had cut brisket and ribs... Great... Friendly helpful staff recommend comfortable environment!

Our waitress and the hostess were both excellent. I ordered ribs. They were good, but a little dry. The sides were green beans and roasted Okra. The green beans were boiled. The Okra was also a bit dry. Not too hot. The Texas Toast was not hot at all. My son ordered Brisket. He said it was really dry. And his side of Mac and cheese was terrible. You should make really better food.

It took 2 hours on a weekday lunch to get space, served and eat. They were short staff for which I did not owe our server, but it took so long to bring things to us, or to leave our check, etc. They were from turkey and salad the day we went so that most of our group had to be reordered as we were not told after our order. I love Rib Crib, but this place wasn't my favorite.

This is the second time in a row we have encountered issues related to timeliness of service. Today at approx 4 pm our table of 5 was seated and then promptly forgotten. At least 2 waitresses made eye contact with our group and not a word. The restaurant was not busy. No idea how or why this happened but I won't be back to this location.
