Mcdonald's - Dumas

Dumas McDonald's is one of the best experiences I've had. If you happen to encounter someone having a rough day, just remember that we all have our off days. Overall, the management and staff consistently go above and beyond to assist you and make you feel like family. I really appreciate how welcoming and friendly this restaurant is.

The staff is excellent, but I've noticed that the quality of the food has declined since the pandemic began. Additionally, they were among the last restaurants to reopen their dining area, as they believed they could still maintain their earnings without having customers inside.

I understand that our country is facing a recession, but the tea here is unacceptable! Over the past two weeks, I've tried ordering tea, and it has been watered down. Please make it properly!

I have the app so I sit with my kids in the playground area and have the table side delivery. The employee just popped her head over and shout a different number and didn't even bother to go to the table. I ordered a second time and the manager the same this. Even though on my ticket it said my table number. This was around 2:08pm on a Tuesday they weren't even busy.

The worst. Spicy chicken sandwich had zero flavor. Sure, I got it plain, but it wasn't spicy. No taste. Asked and confirmed crispy fries. They were hot but not well done, as on the ticket. Only reason I didn't take it back was because lots of people at the counter. Awful. I feel like I ate...paper. ugh.
