Dairy Queen - Dublin

Food was excellent we got 2 hot dogs with chili, an onion ring, and I got my favorite chocolate ice cream with hot fudge sunflower medium so delicious.

Stopped here yesterday evening for dessert only to be told they had no ice cream. Are you kidding, a Dairy Queen with no ice cream is like a KFC with no chicken !! Don?t waste your time!!

Worst blizzard I have ever had Almost no ingredients in it. Looked like they poured milk over it. The ice cream tasted like it sat in a freezer for 6 months.

I ordered a hotdog with mayo, mustard, ketchup, and pickles. I was told by the girl taking my order that they don?t put pickles on hot dogs. Perhaps there is new legislation in the state of Virginia regarding pickles and what types of food they can beplaced on. Or maybe the pickle slices were simply too heavy to lift for hot dogs, but could safely be lifted to rest upon ahamburger. Maybe the girl was hoarding all the pickles for herself and secretly takes them home for midnight snacking.Hmmmmmm. UPDATE: 4 days later after receiving contact from DQ management, I went through the drive through tonight and ordershotdogs with pickles again. I was again told that they could not put pickles on my hot dog. If there is an issue with the POSsystem and it doesn?t allow ?add pickles? or a ?side of pickles?, that needs to be fixed. At the least, train the very youngstaff to holler back at the person making the hot dogs to add a few pickles. They do tuck in easily between the wiener and thebun without much effort. I promise they do. Also, it is super helpful to provide napkins to customers without them having toflag you down after you walk away from the window to ask for them. I cannot explain how good their service is! We got two hamburgers and fries and they gave us free ice cream cones because of the wait, and oh my the food was so good i definitely recommend Dairy Queen if you are hungry and looking for a good place to eat??
