Eddie Rocket's - Dublin

Was served this by a very pleasant waitress. When I realised what I was eating and complained it was rapidly removed. When I went to pay they left the burger off the bill because I wasn 't happy with the standard !!! If choosing here my advice would be to enter with extreme caution as there response when I complained directly was about as good as the food quality. Dangerously substandard.

The gents I used was filthy looked like it had not properly cleaned in YEARS. See pics below. The food service was reasonably good but due to the state of the loo I will not be returning. Also the floor in the restaurant was filthy looked like it only cleaned with a dirty mop if at all.

The decor of the diner style American diners from the 50 's to the sound of songs from the same era make the place very nice; excellent service from the Brazilian waitress and the cashier, both very friendly! The new vegan burger The Beyond Burger is incredible! The fake cheddar cheese and the combination of all ingredients added to the fake hammer made the snack spectacular, reminiscent of the taste of the traditional beef burger. The combo with chips and soda is to the extent and the price super affordable. Congratulations, I will certainly return. Suggestion: gluten-free bread option.

I was expecting a little bit more fries were cold, service was slow, we complaint about it and the server not even apologise.

Shocking is one word very expensive for what you get. Prefer McDonald’s Poor drink choice and expensive for drinks Some seats broken Bit cramped Toilets not very good Staff polite and tried to make easy work of a bad thing
