Brownes Brasserie - Dublin

The staff were friendly and attentive, even surprising a birthday celebrant in our group with a candle in their cake and a complimentary glass of champagne with dessert. We were so impressed that we immediately booked another reservation on our way out the door. That says it all!

I have visited this restaurant for brunch or lunch a few times lately. It is located in the charming area of Sandymount. However, I believe that it is overpriced for the portion sizes. I ordered the crayfish salad and enjoyed the fish, but was disappointed to find that the salad only consisted of a large portion of arugula, which was not very exciting. The sandwiches are tasty and are priced more reasonably compared to the salads.

Pro tip: If the weather is nice, take your food outside to the green area, find a cozy spot, and relax while enjoying your meal!
