Boston Pizza - Drumheller

The Boston Pizza was predictable so food was pretty average but service was very friendly and they were excellent in accommodating our son's tree nut allergy. More restaurants should do this - it would improve there businesses!

Went in for a gift card during a super busy time and was served promptly with excellent professionalism. Super nice girl.

Went there the day after the long weekend and their beer taps were not working. Hot day, did they offer any alternative because they were not working? Nope.

I had ordered online as my children did not want to wait to get a table and just wanted to eat at the room. It stated 25 minutes and my order would be ready. I gave it a good 1/2 hour and went to pick up the food. I then proceeded to wait in the building for another 25 minutes before my order was ready! With no real apology or explanation as to why it took so long. They just kept telling me it will be ready in about 10 minutes. I would never order or eat here again! The service was awful and the staff were not real friendly either.

We were seated by a nice yes big lady and although it was packed out the door they had books to read to the kids for a charity! Great idea! Then we were sat and served by a great young man Jordan and he was smiling and professional. The food was good and everyone was full of nachos and pizza. The manager came by and cleared our plates, asked if everything was ok and told us about some of the attractions around. She was so bubbly. With how busy they were I'm so impressed by the quality. I'm sorry I second guessed with a few of the reviews we'll definitely be back. Some people are hard to please especially at a place so busy and accommodating. Great job BP!
