Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Tony (draper Utah location) deserves a raise!! I couldn’t find the kids meals grilled cheese online . So I called. He told me he’s look out for the order and make sure it was right. I’ve never had a fast food service be so good. We don’t eat out a lot bc of budget but when we do it’ll be at Freddy’s bc of Troy.

Delivery order never arrived; they use DoorDash as a third party through the delivery option. Driver apparently got lost but never responded to text or phone calls.However, when I called and spoke to the shop on the phone, the gentleman I spoke to was immediately apologetic, said he recalled the order and confirmed it was picked up. Asked if I wanted him to make it fresh and I could come in to pick it up myself.No offer of a discount or credit for the hassle,.etc, but it honestly is the driver and DoorDash's fault, not his or Freddy's. I'm just glad he didn't double charge me, as I suppose he could have.Once I arrived, was immediately greeted. Within a minute or two, the manager came out to apologize again and explain they're remaking the order, and we discussed that this delivery issue is apparently not uncommon. He suggested next time to just dine in.I'd never had Freddy's before and I wasn't overly impressed with the food; kids enjoyed chicken fingers and my wife liked her burger and fries. Would give the shop a second chance, mainly due to the manager and staff I spoke with. Next time, we'll skip on the delivery.

Absolutely horrible. They didn't give me my custard, which is an extra five dollars. Absolutely horrific customer service and they don't deserve business for sub par custard.

I'm going to leave a 5 star because I've loved Freddy's since it opened when I lived in Kansas. I will say I'm disappointed at their up-charge for a larger fry, albeit only like 40 cents it was actually less then the order we had with a regular fry regular on the left, large on the right) either accurately give people what they paid for or just go back to a standard size. Could care less about the cost it's just the principle to me. Thanks for the good food. ?
