I was in a LOT of Peruvian restaurants all over LA and Fernando's is hands down my favorite. I love the huancaina fatuccine w chicken. Saucy and the chicken were grilled for perfection, juicy and tasteful. My husband enjoys the Lomo Saltado. A pitcher of passion fruit juice washes everything down. Delicious.
Small but wonderful restaurant! I have my sister here for dinner for my birthday. The staff was so friendly and we sat immediately (masked) as this was an early lunch. I wish I remember the name of the plate and I don't see it on line, but it was a white fish with a yellow cream sauce served with shrimps with white rice. It was absolutely delicious!!! And while you wait, they serve you warm roasted bread with a green sauce that comes from a squeeze bottle. I don't know what it means, but it was a little sharp and I loved it so much that I asked if they were selling it! I bought some to go home to add my planned Taco dinner. I'm so glad my sister brought me here. It's so good!
Maybe. I'm not a Peruvian monastery, but I know good food and good sazon (taste). That said, presentation is good. The food was terribly slandered. I was disappointed. All and everything deserve a second chance. Service was great. And cleanliness was on the point. Again, not well versed enough, so will try again for the afterworld. Price is a bit high for quality and the entire presentation. You're the judge.
The food in this place is not even Peruvian. Food is not good at all. Food has to much color and I ended troughing my food in the trash.
