Bob's Big Boy - Downey

I have to say it was fantastic. I had a country roasted steak with a side of sweets, and the steak was absolutely delicious—probably the best country-fried steak I’ve ever had, to be honest. Additionally, the restaurant's design has a charming retro feel that’s quite rare these days. The waiter was also lovely. It wasn’t very busy when I left, so the waiting times were minimal. Overall, I would definitely recommend it—10/10!

The customer service was satisfactory, but the quality of the food has declined significantly. It used to be a nice place to visit with family, but now the 45-minute drive doesn’t feel worth it. Overall, it was a rather disappointing experience.

I’m a regular at Bob’s, and I can confidently say the food is excellent! I’ve tried several of their dishes, and I've never been disappointed! The service is off the charts; if I had to rank it from one to ten, I’d give it a million! They follow the “C.A.Y.G.” method, which stands for Clean As You Go, ensuring a spotless and inviting atmosphere every time you visit. I truly feel like part of the big family here at Bob's! Come on in! You won’t leave hungry, and I promise you’ll be very happy! You’ll want to come back again and again! I absolutely love this place!

Came here for an early party. party of 4 on Friday at 18:30 clock. we sat right away. clean and attentive. our server was amazing, but I didn't get their names. it's probably over 20 years since I've been with a giant recorder and it was just what I remember! the salat of the dressing! amazing! then I couldn't decide what to get away from. I went with the fried chicken. do it! it was perfect! and had to cover it with a sunshade. hopefully it's not 20 years to my next visit. thank you!
