La Cazuela - Dover Plains

I gave Mimi a 2 hour notice for a party of 10 on my birthday! She did not bat an eye and said No problem . We ordered 6 different dinners and appetizers. They all came out hot, fresh and delicious, with a smile on her face. This is a hidden gem that we have visited several times before and have never been disappointed. The food and service have always been great. True Mexican cuisine in a very cozy atmosphere. It 's a BYOB to add to it 's charm.

Best food ever, I went there with my family and it was amazing, really nice people and please don’t get me started with the food. Loved it!

We went for the first time for dinner and they did not disappoint!! Everyone was so incredibly friendly and very welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious! The food came out very quickly and the portion sizes were perfect. We got the chicken enchiladas, steak con shrimp, and a Mac n Cheese. I have never had a steak so delicious, I ate the whole thing in one sitting. Our son said the Mac n Cheese is in his list of Top 10!We cannot wait to go back!

The food was good and the service was excellent. The only drawback was that we waited for quite a while before anyone came to take our order, even though we were the only people in the restaurant

La Cazuela delivered on all fronts. I dined in and ordered a burrito with chorizo.You can tell right away that the owners are incredibly passionate and enthusiastic about the food that they serve in the establishment that they maintain. It’s so warm and inviting inside the restaurant.As for burrito— I mean come on look at the photo I uploaded. The burrito was filled to the brim and each ingredient were seasoned just right. Not too spicy not too salty. After I took the first bite, my hand started shaking in delight. I devoured the rest of the burrito within 6 and a half minutes.If I’m ever near the area again, another burrito will enter my body from La Cazuela.
