Charleys Cheesesteaks

I was having trouble with my phone Google pay and the app. So the manager decides to try and embarrass me in front of other customers telling me to hurry up because theirs people behind me.....mind you no one behind said anything. All this while holding my 2 year old who threw their shoes and was barefooted

Went to Dover Mall location, online states their open,lights are on,but nobody's home,hell of a way to run business.

Good food and prices. The cashier and employees were especially friendly and engaging.

I don't usually complain or write reviews, but feel this warrants a statement. Was at the mall on Nov.5th at approximately 3-3:30. Stood at counter at Charley's in food court for 10 minutes and workers behind counter never looked at or waited on us. I guess it's sorry Charlie from now on.

First time at this location. Ordered everyday special of wings. Disappointed . Very dry. Ordered regular bone in. Came out with nothing on them. Requested blue cheese. Not given.
