Domino's Pizza - Dover

The staff at this restaurant is awful. They are really bad at providing customer service.

I order from Dominos very frequently. My husband and I really like it.My only complaint is the delivery fee! It went up a lot and now is $6.00 which affects the drivers tip.Having to pay that much for a delivery fee, gives us no option but not to tip the driver.

I requested the special that was advertised on their call system, but when the pizza arrived, it was not what was described in the special. When I called to inquire about it, they claimed they were unaware of any specials on their system.

I went to the restaurant on Tuesday morning to place my order, and the morning manager, Isaac, was very kind and helped me despite speaking little English. He efficiently handled the situation and my order was delivered as requested. However, when I visit at night, I often encounter a young man named AJ who smokes and talks on the phone in the back near the handwashing area. There seems to be a lot of chaos at night, and I believe they should address this issue.

This guy name AJ is very rude. He messed up my order . I asked for mild buffalo wings And he gave me plain ones, saying I asked for plain when it says I ordered mild when I tried to call, twice! he refused to answer. I called the driver Yulieth and she was kind enough to correct my order and come back
