The Waterfront Cafe - Dover

We had to wait 45 minutes for gettin our dish. No excuses! First , after 40 minutes a sandwich, 5 minutes later the dish es with fish n chips and chicken. Not worth wait in. And too expensive.

Ordered 2 Cumberland sausage baps. After 30 mins wait was served 2 awful microwave heated 'baps ' with equally awful tasting sausages inside. Worst Cumberland sausage we have ever had if it was?

I visited this cafe with a friend in August and ordered a fish finger sandwich. Shortly after leaving the cafe and on my way home, I started feeling ill. When I arrived home, I was shivering and eventually passed out before experiencing violent vomiting. I contacted the cafe the next day and was told they would investigate and call me back within 48 hours. However, one month later, I still have not received a phone call. I reached out to them yesterday and expressed my disappointment with both the poor quality of the food and their lack of response. They promised the manager would call me back, but I am still waiting. I would not recommend this place at all.

The staff at this restaurant were rude. My friends and I had several cups of coffee and just wanted a croissant since the breakfast buffet was empty and unappetizing. The manager was impolite and repeatedly insisted that we leave because we didn't want the buffet. I do not recommend this place.

I went to the hotel today to grab a coffee at Starbucks, and the front desk staff were fantastic! Thank you George and Chelsea for guiding me to the coffee shop and for helping me choose a bracelet to gift to my mom.
