Tito's Lounge - Douglasville

During my visit to Atlanta, my friends and I decided to check out this place, and we had a great time. It's a lovely spot to relax, enjoy some drinks, and have a meal with friends. And their hot wings? They were absolutely delicious!

Eventually, a staff member did come over, but she was quite rude. We managed to place our food order, but before we could even order drinks, she left us. To make matters worse, she asked us to pay the bill before our food even arrived. When the food did come, it was terrible, and I ended up going to the bar to get drinks myself. To top it all off, my receipt listed an unrecognized name as the cashier, which made me question if our rude waitress was involved. Overall, it was an incredibly disappointing experience.

I visited the restaurant on a Saturday at 5 PM, and it wasn't busy at all. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. We waited for 15 minutes before deciding to go to the bar for assistance. It took another 10 minutes for the waitress to even acknowledge us. We ended up placing a food order without drinks. To my surprise, she insisted we pay before receiving our food because her shift was almost over. When the food finally arrived, it was awful! We asked the waitress for water, but she never brought it. Eventually, we had to ask the bartender for tap water. I definitely won't be returning, and I will make an effort to warn others not to go there.

We went to Tito's for dinner last night. The crowd was slim. The waitress was super friendly. The drinks were good. My chicken was a little salty. My husband's fries were not cooked all the way. All of our other food was really good. The music was amazing! We will visit again.

The vibe was great... bar tender attentive...patrons pleasant and nice... definitely a fun spot...they even had spicy collard greens and they were AMAZING!! Definitely a spot to visit if you are in Douglasville.
