Everything there is fresh and delicious. Cakes, donuts, cheese stars, brownies, and cookies are the best I’ve had. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The Bakery inventory of food was off the chain and the cupcakes were so fresh and moist. The customer service was ok some spoke and others didn't but the food was off the change.

A sweet surprise for a spontaneous visit. We knew nothing about this bakery. Just passing through after visiting family. Tried the glazed doughnuts (delicious). Purchased two whole cakes (Red velvet and Butter Nut) for about $15 each. We took them back home to Florida and devoured them with family. The Red Velvet was Excellent. The Butter Nut was great (although the frosting was a bit too sweet). The price is unbeatable. Back at home we would’ve paid about $30-$40 each cake. I wish I could get it shipped, I’d order them all the time.

I have been going to this bakery for years, I will not leave town until iI.get some donuts. when the bakery had a fire I was so hurt. Great baked goods the German Chocolate cake is very good and the donuts well I haven't found any better

I made this order one month prior to wedding day. I called four times to verify. I live out of state and could not make my nephew wedding. I ordered 2 dozen each of gray white and mint pecan cookies and 2 dozen brownies. I later added on blueberry fluff. So Saturday my family went to pick it up and I’m assuming a younger staff and entire different staff works weekends they couldn’t find my order and called me 3 times to say it was not there??? So a young girl finally found my order.. after of course my blood pressure shot up and I was ready to leave Kentucky to drive there myself. She only gave half my order to my family and the cookies were 4 colors not sure why and why that could of been miscommunicates??? I ask for 3 colors so how flipping hard could that be to miscommunicae??? I just don’t understand how hard this order was and why they only gave half for a very important day in my family???? Then they had nerve enough today to call my sister to see when she was gonna pick up her order... well genius... maybe like Saturday when we came to pick up the order for THE WEDDING IT WAS FOR!!!! Very disappointed in Holts. I have always used holts because I live out of state and they met me charge over the phone but they really dropped the ball on this one.. it was my nephew wedding day and the presentation of the cookies was just ugly!! Mint gay and white should NOT Abe that hard to compute in someone head how did we get a whole other color added. Did they just get tired of making those colors??? I mean really!!!
