Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

This was a bad experience. There was only 2 people working the front and one of them was on drive thru. They had not put the tea out or even made it yet. It took us 45 minutes to get our food. They need to train their front people how to be nicer.

Always win with me except they try to give already prepared food instead of freshly cooked.For instance the French Fries .They put more overcooked and dried more than golden as their photos present.I love my fries without salt ordered fresh upon ordering.That 's my only complaint!!

Went there with high expectations expecting my service to be great. When I got home i noticed they forgot to put the sauce in the bag. I called back and spoke with a manager the only thing she said was I’m sorry they forgot to put the sauce in the bag.

The manager doesn’t care if your order is messed up or if you were charged extra for items you didn’t receive. She’s so miserable working for $12/h takes it out on the customers. They need a new manager and to give people their money back when they mess up their orders. What a miserable environment. She’d rather tell people not to eat there than fix her mistakes.

In the drive thought told them I want the meal got to the door and the lady said I didn’t say that. No problem but I asked if I could get the fries I’ll pay for it she tells the cook “get me some fired before I kill somebody” gives me the fries and slams the door. Didn’t even let me pay for it. Never will I ever come back and I will make sure everyone in my family and friends will never come back to this absolute dump.
