Chicken Salad Chick - Dothan

The food is delicious! This is my second visit and I haven 't been disappointed with the taste or quality of the food. My only complaint is, I placed an online order. I checked the box for toppings to the grape salad to be on the side , and I did the same for my sandwich. I checked them in the car and both had toppings on them

I hate to give it a 3 star but I have given it a few tries with similar results. Me and my co worker order here and spend $38 each time we order. The food is always fresh and the ingredients seem to be top notch but it's the seeds, apple core, gristle from the chicken and even chicken skin that makes it a 3 for us. For the price I expect a better quality of quality control. Slow down and pick out the things that don't belong, who wants to bite into seeds and apple core? On top of that we didn't receive any utensils or crackers....

Large family dining place. excellent eating, great selection of chicken salads, good children's options, friendly and very courteous staff, keto friendly options, and amazing limonaden. this place was a hit with the adult in our family as well as the k5 and small child. the children have even specifically asked to come back to this place the next day after we have eaten there, so we have done it! it was so good, both in the food and in the general experience! update: still good a year later!

I really like this place and if they had given me utensils to eat with they might have gotten 5 stars. Stopped to get something lite to take to a picnic with my husband and granddaughter. Also got no crackers! HELLO! Could have used crackers but instead my husband used his lid and I just my metal straw. Their response when I called was sorry.

Chicken Salad Chick is a nice clean store that had plenty of seating. I was there on a Friday afternoon to pick something up for my wife and myself. I realized what the menu was based on but found the selection limited. I wondered if that had anything to do with how few patrons were there. I was taken care of quickly and took my order to go, taking about eight to ten minutes to fill. I found the store was easy to get to and into for a wheelchair and also easy to get around I didn't check out the restrooms.
