Definitely wanna go back with some friends. The staff was helpful in letting me know of the options. Once I was ready, I filled out the paper form of my selections, and every few minutes they were delivering my choices fresh and hot to my table. There was some options that weren't the most flavorful of those meats. I've had better elsewhere, but most were awesome. Still an overall solid place. Perfect for a small group or even solo.Give them a try if you're into getting skewers in a nice quaint environment
Went there with my friend. Pay for 600+ for some disgusting food. The old lady give our nasty attitude throughout our dinner. Charge our extra on some thing we didn’t order. Charge our 3.50 for Fanta orange which is 1.50 for the coke products. Before we went out the door, she curses at us. Will never be back again. Will give 0 star if I can.
The food is average, pretty pricey if you consider from the portion. We waited pretty long time before they completed the order.
We did not see the menu online, as the website was down. It turned out that the food was fabulous and authentic. The memory of my childhood all came back. I love their bread, hot dog, and lamb the most! It would be cheaper if you pay in cash, because extra percentage will be charged for card payment. The other thing is the environment and service can be wanting if you are not used to this kind of grass-root street food semi self-service Chinese restaurant owned by a couple with a young kid. The cats playing outside the glass door were very fun to watch.
Food is average, you can get better somewhere else. The food isn’t the issue. The old lady/Owner(? discriminates against non-Chinese people, especially Taiwanese people. Knocked into me on multiple occasions while I was waiting in line, which is whatever. However, we said the food is for “to-go” using colloquial Taiwanese Mandarin. The second those words were spoken, the lady immediately began talking to us in a disrespectful and mocking manner for the rest of time. She was very condescending. Customers who were mainland Chinese were looking at her confused and shocked. We were nice to her because we’ve never encountered such blatant racism at any other Chinese eatery, however very shocked as well. The food wasn’t good enough to endure that experience. I’ll leave it at that.
