The bacon ultimate cheeseburger always seems to be missing the bacon, and the evening service is really poor with lengthy wait times. Overall rating for the food: 2 out of 5.

This place took over 20 minutes to take out our order out to the parking lot. No ranch or ketchup, which I asked for at purchase window several times . Staff was attentive, offered a drink for the wait.Food: 3/5

Horrible service all around. I ordered Bacon Ultimate Cheese burger. I asked for it dry. They made me park in space to wait for it. Only to wait 15 mins to get the wrong order. I took off smelled something off I checked it and they gave me someone else’s order. I got egg rolls and chicken strips. I went back told one of the employees told them they gave me the wrong order. He just grabbed the bag didn’t say sorry or nothing. Threw it away. Came out with my bag. Only to go home and the burger had everything on it! I tried calling their phone number but it’s disconnected. Don’t know why they have a phone line .

Worst thing ever ! I waited for about 25 min in drive thru all so they don't have what I wanted . And now another 10-15 min to wait to get out the line . this is the slowest fast food place I've been to . And its ALWAYS like this I always go back trying to think maybe it'll be faster but nope .Service: 1/5

If you’re in a hurry this isn’t there place for you! This is the 2nd time i come here that i get terrible service, i don’t mean there people i mean the service. I’ve had to wait longer and longer before getting the order. Get better management Jack!!
