One staff member was trying to serve customers and take orders at the same time, leading to long wait times. Another staff member in the kitchen seemed overwhelmed but was trying to keep up. The manager appeared to be running around without accomplishing much until they finally started taking orders to help ease the workload. Despite the issues, the lunch I ordered was delicious. However, the overall experience was marred by the disorganization and unhappy staff. I recommend that the restaurant hire more employees and improve their organization to not only improve customer reviews but also to ensure a happier work environment for their staff.
The service at this restaurant is extremely slow, the employees are miserable, and their customer service is absolutely horrific. At the very least, they should have a smile and be attentive.
Never more than two employees, most of whom are one. food fitable. but my gotten slower service! and also surley the other Burger King in doncaster is much faster.
Visits here 12. april, absolutely shocking service. it took time to serve and old to get food. to supplement the annoying, I asked for a quitting and I was told that I was eating it with my that I didn't. after the woman who served me disappeared for 10 minutes to apologize for the delay, and then disappeared again. I'll wait for 20 minutes before I had to catch my train. what kind of reputable company can not provide a quitting for bought food?
Been to a few burger kings in my time, but this is the worst I've been treated in all of them. The staff here are terrible. 6pm Thurs 5th May 2018.
