Pizza Hut - Donaldsonville

My main complaint is that I ordered both pizzas with extra cheese and extra bell peppers and both pizzas did not have extra of either. I paid an additional fee for the extra cheese and was very disappointed that I did not receive what I wanted.

The pizza was not completely boiled and so the slices were floppy and the beats and cheese fell from the slices.

The greet the professionalism the courtesy and how the coworker took his time to another coworker at the same time still certain that my wing and my order was right and ensured that it was satisfactory for him before he gave it to me, I love it because most places simply throw their food away from and not to food others, so I thank him very much

Where is the previous manager at this location? It is now a total S% show! Ordered at 11:25-with my points I only had to pay tax. Tried to pick up at 11:50-not ready but collected the tax in cash. I was told to wait in the car. 12:15 went back in to check-still not ready. I told them to just give the pizza to one of the MANY other people that were waiting. These workers were making food, putting into hotbox and ignoring customers. It was BAD! Have always enjoyed lunch here-will not be back!

It took the manager to get my order right. Pizza was so dry, no sauce at all. Wasn't the first time at this location. I've never brought back a Pizza Hut pizza but I was getting my $14 back. Manager asked if I wanted another and I said if she made it. Pizza was great. Best I've had from here.
