Its location is excellent, not far from the highly rated Toro Rojo Arrecheria on the other side of the de los Heroes Monument. Your parking is not sufficient, only 4 seats in front. Otherwise you have to park on the street or in front of other shops, from the point of view of your car. And in Mexico, if you don't have an active alarm system on your car, you can expect damage to every window after returning from a restaurant or shopping center, like thieves routinely try to break into cars every time you park. Security is a problem. We sat right away, the only good thing that happened this night. They showed us the buffet that had only 3 articles on it, and very little of it. I was under the impression that they wanted to refill the buffet as we ate. We asked for the buffet and I ordered mineral water for me, my guest ordered a coke. My mineral water came after about 10 minutes, and the coke never came. We asked about the coke at the end of the meal, and they told us we were from coke. It would have been nice to have said it was hard to eat without a drink. I shared my drink with my guest. The food was cold, the fire under the buffet was off. The taste of the food was actually good, but the fact that there was so little (and that it was cold a branch. The only thing left on the buffet was two kinds of shrimps and a soup. We asked the coke during the meal, but he never came. It was at the end of the meal they simply stated We are made of coke. The lights were turned off in the restaurant for about 10 minutes and I could not see to eat further. We had to tell them to turn them on again or they didn't. I went to the bathroom to report about it and found nothing wrong except there was no soap. When it was time to pay the bill, we noticed that the coke was still on it. When we asked them, they said you ordered it. We said, fit the bill, not the coke we never get. After adjusting the bill, we paid. When they brought the change, it was $20 (MXP short. (approximately $1.60 US$ This was about 10% of the bill, and they wanted to push a tip out of us. At that time, we called the manager. We told him about all night, no food on the buffet, the light is switched off on us, no coke is delivered, charged for the coke, and then the tip is ordered from the change. Apologies were made, I then asked for a business card and told him I'm going to review the restaurant (here it is! and we'll give them a second chance to do right. Until now, we haven't, but the other day we saw managers on the street, he recognized us and greeted us with a handshake... So perhaps the second review will be fine. I'll have to do it alone because my guest refuses to return. Wait until I review my second upcoming visit, in all fairness before you go through this review to help you decide whether to eat there or not.
