I love Scappy 's . Owned and run by husband and wife team who are long time Dobbs residents. Everything there is truly wonderful, but you have to try their mac and cheese, and their meatballs (made Tuesdays and Thursdays). They also have some of the rarest roast beef I 've seen at a deli, which is cooked in house. Everything is homemade and fresh. Don 't be afraid. If you see a long line. It moves fast!
Not exaggerating when I say I had one of the best sandwiches of my life here. Italian combo wedge was so amazing. The service was awesome too. I can't wait to go here over and over again.
This establishment helped feed my kid thru high school! Every time he could get to Scap's for lunch, he was there. It's his favorite. Thanks Scap's!!!
THE BEST DELI IN NEW YORK. Maybe the WHOLE EAST COAST. Grew up eating here. Ate through this menu EVERYTHING. Is amazing. This is the deli and chicken cutlets I completely compare EVERY other one to. This place is UNDERRATED. I will always be a fan on Mac and cheese Tuesday/Thursdays(please let me know if this has changed). I look forward to be back around where I grew up and eating here again. Wish I could give y'all a million stars.
