Update years later: money never got back! Addendum to response owner: I don't think this is very nice of you to just say things (untruths). I have indeed been in contact with home delivery and they indicate that you refuse the refund and that you even indicate that I have refused the order at the door. This is a blatant lie. My husband then called you and during this conversation you could suddenly act friendly, unfortunately you still did not keep your promise (which you made to my husband by telephone). So we did contact you by phone Too bad you chose the path of lies ——————— Unfortunately a bad experience with this restaurant. Due to extremely long delivery time, in consultation with the employee, we decided to cancel the order. Unfortunately never received a refund, promise to refund money on the phone but 2 months later I have given up hope. Too bad that as a restaurant you have to get your money's worth It seems to me much more sensible to just make sure that you make good food and are friendly to customers, because then they will come back and you can earn money from them more often.

At bella Roma I don 't just come to eat, it 's a combination of of that makes it great! What I like about bella is of course the delicious food (duhhhh . For me it is the combination of sincere hardworking people and the dishes that makes it special. Nothing is too much to ask and they are really themselves, this makes it a tent for me that does it because they really like it; and you can taste that.
