Mcdonald's - Dickson

NOONE IS WEARING GLOVES WHILE MAKING ICE-CREAM OR BAGGING FOOD. STOOD AT THE PICKUP COUNTER FOR 10 MINUTES WHILE NOONE GREETED ME OR ASKED WHY I WAS THERE. HAD A GUY COME OVER AND ASK IF A ORDER HE HAD WAS MINE I TOLD HIM NO I WAS THERE FOR A MOBILE ORDER AND HE JUST IGNORED ME. ONE THE GIRLS BAGGING FOOD IS WIPPING HER HANDS ON HER PANTS AFTER MAKING ICE-CREAM AND THEN GOING STRAIGHT TO BAGGING FOOD. SHE ALSO WALKED OVER TO COUNTER AND IGNORED ME. I FINALLY HAD TO GO THRU DRIVE THRU TO GET MY FOOD AND PERSON TAKING ORDERS WAS OBVIOUSLY NOT HAPPY TO BE THERE AND I DONT BLAME HER. LADY AT DRIVE THRU WINDOW WHO GAVE ME MY FOOD WAS REALLY NICE THOUGH. I GUESS 1 OUT OF 4 PEOPLE SEEN AND MADE CONTACT WITH IS GOOD SERVICE THESE DAYS. FOOD IS GOOD AND ON POINT THOUGH

Totally messed up my order and handed me overfilled drinks without the tops secure so they ended up spilling all over myself and my car.

Seem like they really didn't want to do their job very lazy and when you asked him to do something they roll your eyes and say very disappointing they sigh ?

McDonald's is what it is. The ice cream machine is working.

Do not stop here in the morning if you are in a hurry. They refuse to open the lobby. They are short staffed, and will only do two orders at a time through drive through. You will be behind at least 8 cars. Management only gas two employees on duty. This happens between 6 am and 8 am. If you are on your way to work or school, avoid this McDonald's. If you order Doordash, expect your delivery to be late.
