Przekaż informację zwrotnąI didn't even get to taste the Food so it's a one star. We pull up about 7pm and use the restroom then start to walk inside the dinning room and they tell us the dining room is closed. It kinda felt like the covid days so we just left. ?
Did not like you have to order on kiosk, but I understand you can't hire any help these days.Every employee I came in contact with was very nice.Miss the days employees took your order, and the stores checked you out. Will go through the drive-through next time. I will not self check out at Walmart and don't want to learn my way around a kiosk.
Extremely long wait with only 2 other people in line. Forgot multiple things that were ordered, and what was ordered was made incorrectly
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Manager is negligent and offensive.
Where do I start…. Came in today on my 30 minute lunch break and ordered at the kiosk, and I was paying with cash so I went to the counter to pay and no one even batted a eye so I sat down to wait. After about 10 minutes I asked a very polite gentleman who I do not know his name but he was of Mexican decent and he advised me to do again. I went to the counter a second time and he asked if someone could ring me up and a bigger woman was very rude to him and her exact words were NO, does it look like we have someone to go to the cash register, that’s why we have kiosk’s…… I’m pretty sure in customer service that’s not something you do or say in front of the customer or to treat your employee like that. Absolutely disgusting customer service. We pay your salary and without us you would not have a job, I feel horrible for the treatment of the other employees also. Your in the wrong line of work (big woman employee) hang in there guys and know your worth and find somewhere else to work so y’all can get treated how you should.
