Church's Chicken - Detroit

The Chicken tastes different now, and the Okra is horrible! I really use to enjoy eating this food, on Tuesday, now, ? so much.

Again, with the bait and switch. I ordered the feed 4 for $23.99. When I went to the window I could see the big sign that said feed 4 for 17.99. I asked the lady wasn't that the same thing i ordered. She said yes, but it is not available anymore. I said the sign is still up. she said we just havent taken it down yet. I said that has nothing to do with me, I want it for the price posted. Long story short, they denied me by 3 different people. I am so sick of the restarants in this area thinking its okay to bait and switch. then when people flip on them they want to lable them uncivil. No, you are inciting them to riot. Its disgusting.

Only two people in the workplace and I worked retail so I know how it can be. One working the kitchen and one working the cashier. The wait was kinda understandable because frying chicken takes some time and people can't wait and want what they want when they want it. My granny and I are people lol.

I will never return to that restaurant. I ordered three chicken breasts, but they gave me a wing and two breasts. When I asked for the correct order, the server gave me attitude. I will be contacting the management to file a complaint. I would not even take my dog to that place.

The service at this restaurant is terrible. The wait time is ridiculous and they forgot to bring my paprika. It felt like it took forever to receive my order. The portion sizes were very large.
